About the Role

JP IMPACT GROUP INC is looking for ambitious and energetic individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to develop valuable sales skills while working directly with customers and managing the sales process from the first conversation through the close.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with potential customers and introduce available solutions.
• Start conversations, ask questions, and identify customer needs.
• Build genuine relationships and establish trust with potential clients.
• Clearly explain products and services and communicate their value.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to closing.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Set daily activity goals and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding them.
• Learn and apply proven sales techniques with support from the team.

Requirements

• Communicate confidently and professionally face-to-face.
• Build rapport quickly and genuinely enjoy helping others.
• Comfortable starting conversations with people you don't know.

• Previous sales experience is helpful, but we're open to motivated candidates who are ready to learn and build a career in sales.
