About the Role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking individuals passionate about creating the market for minimally invasive arrhythmia treatments and preventing strokes. This role involves providing comprehensive support for electrophysiology products, including order processing, implementation, and technical assistance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical interface for medical facilities within the assigned territory, attending surgeries for arrhythmia patients and providing technical support to healthcare professionals.
- Plan, prepare, and conduct training seminars and study sessions on products and diseases for physicians, nurses, and medical equipment technicians at medical facilities in the assigned territory.
- Support the provision of technical and clinical literature related to products and cases.
- Plan and execute territory strategies based on competitive analysis within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must report any conditions that may affect driver's license acquisition or renewal.
- Must inform supervisor and BUHR before applying if employed for less than 18 months.
- Must report to supervisor when proceeding to the first interview after passing the document screening.
- Must understand and comply with the Employee Referral Program guidelines.
- Must adhere to the internal job posting guidelines.
Skills
- Clinical experience as a certified clinical engineer (experience with 3D mapping for arrhythmias is a plus; experience with cardiac catheterization or pacemakers is desirable; experience with ablation catheter procedures is also a plus).
- Experience as a nurse in an intensive care unit or cardiology department (university degree or higher).
- Minimum of 2 years of medical device sales experience in the cardiovascular field (university degree or higher).
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (university degree or higher).
- Achievement-oriented, driven to achieve results.
- Persistent and patient in continuous learning.
- Problem-solving skills and logical explanation ability.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Communication skills with customers and team members.
- Compliance-oriented, doing the right thing correctly.
