About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, sharp, and motivated Maintenance & Cleaning Technician to handle commercial cleaning duties and light-duty maintenance projects, offering variety and problem-solving opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Perform light-duty painting, basic plumbing fixes, minor electrical troubleshooting, and simple carpentry repairs.
- Ensure buildings and facilities are kept in pristine condition.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly with practical, common-sense solutions.
- Complete daily task lists thoroughly and manage time effectively.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work safely with tools.
- Understanding of basic mechanical systems operation.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address property issues independently.
- Organized and efficient work style with attention to detail.
- Dependability and readiness for a 6:00 AM start time.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday.
