About the Role

Shape the future of the financial industry in Assurance Financial Services Industries. Responsibilities

  • Actively support the strategic development of organizations in the financial sector.
  • Develop solutions that address real needs and make organizations future-proof.
  • Shape organizational processes with a clear focus on impact, trends, and people, utilizing diverse methods and technologies for value-oriented company management.
  • Develop practical solutions for internal and external requirements and support their implementation.
  • Evaluate innovations in the context of business reality.
  • Strengthen employees through appropriate tools and measures.
  • Contribute to projects with structure and communication skills, demonstrating flexibility and acting as a reliable sparring partner for clients in complex phases.
  • Develop practical insights through continuous learning in organizational development, data management, and financial and risk management consulting to advance teams and organizations.
  • Quickly learn new topics, experiment with different approaches, and grow with every challenge, both professionally and personally.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration (BWL, VWL), Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik), Natural Sciences, or Social Sciences with a strong analytical focus, or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial professional experience in organizational development, strategy projects, consulting, or data analysis, as well as in actively shaping transformation processes; ideally within the financial industry.
  • Experience with methods such as Design Thinking, OKR, SAFe, and Lean Six Sigma, including their implementation into roadmaps.
  • Technically adept with proficient use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Teams) and AI tools for efficient problem-solving.
  • Openness to dialogue, high willingness to learn, and presentation skills – convincing in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Willingness to work in project teams (office or client site), utilize home office flexibly, and travel within Germany.
