About the Role
Join us as a Retail Experience Specialist and help transform everyday shopping into an unforgettable experience with Caper, a new smart shopping cart that lets customers scan items as they shop, see their total spend in real time, apply store loyalty discounts on the fly, and check out right from the cart.
Responsibilities
- Demo the cart with customers so they will use the Caper Cart.
- Engage shoppers and introduce them to the Caper Cart experience.
- Deliver quick, fun tutorials that highlight the cart’s coolest features.
- Troubleshoot on the spot and keep things running smoothly.
- Gather feedback and share it with our tech team to improve the experience.
- Partner with store teams to ensure a seamless rollout.
- Provide top-tier service and leave every customer smiling.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Retail, Brand Ambassador, Customer Service previous experience is a plus.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to be able to work the entire duration of the project they are assigned.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with frequent walking.
- Ability to use hands and wrists regularly, including repetitive motions.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to travel via car.
