About the Role
This role involves planning and coordinating the movement of surgical kits to ensure timely availability for procedures, playing a key part in supporting positive patient outcomes through reliable supply.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate surgical kits for upcoming cases
- Ensure availability of instruments and inventory to meet demand
- Align bookings with inventory levels and kit room capacity
- Build strong relationships with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and hospital staff
- Identify and resolve scheduling or supply challenges quickly
- Ensure kits are delivered complete and on time
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and customers
- Contribute to process improvements across scheduling and operations
- Follow quality, compliance and operational standards
Requirements
