About the Role
As an Account SE, you will build trust with clients, leveraging Cisco's extensive product and service portfolio to address their challenges and drive business growth. You will collaborate with sales, service, technical support, and headquarters development teams to contribute technically to business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive business expansion for service providers.
- Coordinate with service, technical support, and headquarters development departments.
- Build trusted relationships with client accounts.
- Address client challenges and technical requirements.
- Develop and propose optimal Cisco solutions.
- Create proposal documents and deliver presentations.
- Conduct and report on live demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
- Respond to technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with domestic departments and overseas development divisions on sales opportunities.
- Propose differentiated solutions compared to competitors.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of pre-sales experience with network equipment, particularly routers and switches.
- Knowledge and experience in Data Center Network technologies (e.g., VXLAN, EVPN, ACI, RoCE).
- Knowledge and experience in PoCs, live demonstrations, and validation work.
- High communication skills in Japanese.
- Leadership ability to lead teams and projects.
- Proactive approach to client needs.
- Willingness to challenge new things.
