About the Role
As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will obtain Securities Industry licenses, learn foundational advisor skills, and manage client relationships. You will guide clients with advice and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. After reaching key milestones, you will work in a financial center delivering core banking and investment solutions. The role progresses to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, focusing on growing and deepening client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
- Acquire, build, and manage client relationships.
- Consider a client’s complex financial picture and guide them with advice and solutions.
- Humanize financial interactions.
- Deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions.
- Provide client care.
- Grow and deepen relationships within a portfolio of clients.
- Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice.
- Deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence.
- Recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners.
- Connect clients to solutions to meet their financial needs.
Requirements
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
- Must obtain SIE within 30 days of being hired.
- Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 days.
- Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.
- Must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing for SAFE Act.
- Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.
