About the Role

As a Store Clerk for our Cenex® Zip Trip convenience store location in Buffalo, WY, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive and efficient experience during their visit. Your exceptional communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction will be key to your success in this fast-paced role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers promptly and courteously.
• Perform cashier responsibilities, including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
• Display and organize products for easy customer location.
• Maintain store appearance through cleaning and restocking merchandise.
• Assist with ordering merchandise and tracking inventory.
• Monitor customers to assist with loss prevention.
• Assist with preparation of displays and promotions.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English to customers and coworkers.
• Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours preferred.
• Selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings if required, which may include drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and FMSCA Clearinghouse.
