About the Role

You create a lasting impression on our guests and are responsible for bringing Chalet hospitality to life with attention to detail, ensuring every guest order is complete and accurate. You directly influence our speed of service by efficiently packaging guest orders and delivering our service standards with pride.

Responsibilities

• Complete all online training
• Begin every shift with a clean, pressed, and complete uniform
• Interact with guests in a friendly manner
• Knowledge of all food and beverage menu items and current promotions is paramount
• Pack the order accurately, ensuring all hot food is packed hot and cold is packed cold
• Follow our steps of service when packaging items
• Ensure there are no missing items by following check-off procedures
• Pack drive-thru and take-out orders with urgency
• Be organized and efficient by prioritizing properly and stocking as you go to always ensure you are guest-ready
• Be thoroughly familiar with the causes of food contamination and the methods of prevention
• Help keep the stage a safe working environment for everyone on your team
• Complete opening and closing duties effectively and safely
• Have lots of fun with your team and be sure to ask for help when you need it!

Requirements

• Must be passionate about hospitality, food, training, and people
• Must understand the fundamentals of daily restaurant operations
• Must be a proven leader with training in their DNA
