About the Role

Renaissance bartenders create intriguing, indigenous, and delicious cocktails, staying updated on new trends and guest needs. They act as hosts, ensuring the bar functions flawlessly, building relationships across the hotel and community, and anticipating guest needs. This role requires a passion for guest service, an eye for detail in financial transactions and reporting, and a commitment to safety, company policies, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Create intriguing, indigenous, and delicious cocktails.
Stay updated on new trends, micro-local offerings, and evolving guest needs.
Ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly.
Build relationships with hotel staff and the community.
Anticipate and deliver on guest needs.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
Maintain confidentiality.
Protect company assets.
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Drive a best-in-class guest experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
No supervisory experience.
No certifications required.
