About the Role

As a BEOL TQR Staff Engineer, you will leverage your strong problem-solving skills to support reliability engineering activities for advanced CMOS technology nodes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership for reliability improvement activities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify, plan, and execute reliability evaluations for new technology qualification, process changes and abnormal events.
  • Design, execute, and analyze designed experiments to improve semiconductor fabrication processes.
  • Utilize statistical tools and reliability models to extract lifetime from time to fail data.
  • Conduct reliability assessment to ensure semiconductor fabrication process robust and optimized.
  • Develop and optimize reliability test method and modeling for reliability risk detection and margin improvement.

Requirements

  • BS/MS/Phd in Material, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skill, solid knowledge of reliability failure mechanisms and underlying physics and statistical analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of wafer-fabrication process.
