About the Role

We equip and support the people who build roads, commercial/residential developments, and critical infrastructure. Our welding and fabrication team repairs, modifies, and customizes equipment to keep it operational. We are seeking a creative individual to join our expanding welding department, capable of handling repairs and adapting to various projects.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, weld, modify, and build custom solutions for internal and customer projects.
• Take ownership of custom fabrication projects from start to finish, including measuring, cutting, fitting, welding, reinforcing, modifying, and finishing.
• Work closely with service groups and outside customers to repair equipment, solve problems, and maintain optimal equipment performance.
• Fabricate and modify attachments, reinforce buckets, build brackets and components, repair damage, perform structural welding, and create one-off solutions.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of welding machines and ability to make consistent welds.
• Comfortable with MIG, stick, and TIG welding.
• Experience using an oxy/acetylene torch.
• At least 1 year of welding and fabrication experience.
• Flexibility to jump between projects as priorities change.
• Ability to work with a wide range of people.
• Creative mindset and pride in producing safe, durable work.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
