About the Role

This role involves deploying enforcement units to assigned locations, setting up and monitoring equipment, and ensuring professional conduct. You will process events, handle customer correspondence, perform administrative duties, and manage data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy assigned enforcement unit to assigned deployment sites, potentially requiring local or in-state travel.
  • Ensure maximum deployment in all assigned jurisdictions efficiently.
  • Set up and take down enforcement systems and supporting equipment.
  • Monitor weather and lighting conditions and make necessary camera adjustments.
  • Communicate with Network Operations Center/Verra Command Center, supervisors, team leads, and other operators to relay operational information.
  • Maintain professional conduct and demeanor while traveling and at deployment sites.
  • Accurately complete court deployment forms with necessary data.
  • Log and report equipment-related issues promptly.
  • Process red-light and speed events using web-based tools.
  • Open, scan, and process inbound customer correspondence.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties.
  • Conduct data entry and quality control.
  • Operate keyboard or other data entry devices to input data into computers.
  • Manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proofread new entries for accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work day or night shifts, including weekend shifts.
  • Basic understanding of laptop/computer usage
  • Solid data entry experience and ability
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic understanding of cameras and photography
  • Ability to self-motivate
  • Ability to work as a team member and individually
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
  • Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Successful completion of Nlets fingerprinting background assessment.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
  • Ability to use hands to handle, finger or feel; reach, climb or balance; crouch, stoop, crawl, kneel and sit.
  • Frequent ladder use required with the ability to climb, descend, balance and work safely at heights on ladders and aerial lifts for extended periods.
  • Ability to see including close, distance and peripheral vision, depth vision and ability to focus.
  • No limitations that would reduce the ability to drive a vehicle safely for company business.
  • Physical strength and ability sufficient to perform moderate lifting, moving, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Capable of safely attaching, detaching, towing and deploying a trailer-mounted unit.
  • Able to enter and exit vehicles multiple times within a shift.
  • Required to wear protective equipment including reflective gear, work boots, hard hats and safety glasses.
