About the Role
The Client & Family Care Coordinator ensures Spark team members and clients have the resources needed for daily progress. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, multitasking ability in a busy setting, and dedication to the company's purpose.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and greet families/guests.
- Manage team member inquiries between centers.
- Coordinate with families and team for day-of needs.
- Maintain supplies at AR according to purchasing guidelines.
- Arrange day-of and pre-planned coverage for sessions.
- Oversee and complete current client coordination assignments for AR.
- Discuss services with new, inquiring families and schedule consults/tours.
- Complete pre-tour and post-tour follow-ups.
- Maintain and document Pre-Planned Absences for Enfield and AR.
- Ensure pending authorizations and schedules are loaded into Rethink.
- Coordinate the signing and sending of client birthday cards.
- Prepare and send school notes.
- Provide support to the Client Coordination Lead.
- Assist with project support, including data entry, record updates, and document requests.
Requirements
- Experience in a pediatric or ABA setting preferred.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable taking initiative on projects.
- Experience onboarding new families/clients preferred.
- Enjoys building and fostering relationships with families and community members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a solution-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with insurance verification, billing, and basic knowledge of therapy coding.
- Experience with scheduling and onboarding new clients.
