About the Role

Savvy is seeking an experienced Senior Client Associate to provide exceptional client service and operational support to multiple advisors in a fast-paced, growing environment. This role is crucial for shaping standard operating procedures, building the client servicing function, and collaborating with Product and Operations teams to influence the future roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and administrative support for wealth managers, ensuring exceptional client service and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Execute client tasks, requests, and inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance internal procedures for improved advisor and client experience.
  • Streamline client prospecting, closing, and onboarding processes, including meeting preparation, documentation, and account transfers.
  • Assist advisors with investment transactions and manage account billing and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with external professional advisors such as CPAs, estate planning attorneys, and business managers.
  • Maintain client data accuracy in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedures.
  • Protect client confidentiality by safeguarding personal and financial information.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a registered investment advisory firm or broker-dealer, including direct client and advisor interaction.
  • High-energy, collaborative, and self-starter attitude with a strong ownership mentality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with MS Office equivalents.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adept at quickly learning and adopting new technologies.
