About the Role
As a Sales, Trade Analyst at Kraft Heinz, you will play a critical role in managing Accounts Receivable and deduction processes for the Sobeys Customer Business Team (CBT). This position requires a strong analytical mindset, ability to navigate complex data, and collaborative approach to drive resolution and efficiency across customer transactions. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and third-party contractors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage weekly deductions and Accounts Receivable for Sobeys CBT through preparation of Open Deduction reports, concise reporting, and accurate deduction summary analysis.
- Partner with third-party contractors to create efficiency through process improvement, deductions clearing, summary file preparation, and issue resolution.
- Provide clear feedback to third-party contractors through responsive, open dialogue, submission reports, and weekly National Accounts Receivable meetings.
- Manage Repayment and Invalid Tracker with monthly presentations to Sobeys CBT leads and Finance team.
- Complete detailed analysis and due diligence, practice close communication with Customer and CBT results in repayment and return to trade initiatives.
- Act as the Collections team point of contact for sales on escalations of unpaid customer invoices and resolving roadblocks concerning collections issues.
- Communicate with customer contact to escalate and resolve issues regarding changes to ways of working, customer partner portal, system, and payment issues.
- Closely communicate with CBT CSMs and CBLs through 1:1 and team meetings to review outstanding and aging deductions, pricing variances, and resolving unidentified deductions.
- Manage clearing instructions with rate details on every day and long-term programming to facilitate streamlined summary and submission processes.
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
- Demonstrated experience working with large data sets and multiple data points.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and deliver solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
