About the Role
Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a seasonal, part-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
- Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and maintaining store displays.
- Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, and maintain stockroom standards.
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to management.
- Customer engagement.
- Use of promotional materials and loyalty programs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Process information and merchandise through the register system.
- Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
- Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.
Requirements
- Must provide availability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week, including am/pm shifts on weekdays and weekends.
- Must be able to wear an earpiece and headset.
- Ability to work in various temperatures and weather inside and outside of the store.
- Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening.
