About the Role

The Technology Delivery Lead will participate in all aspects of project delivery, from the perspective of technology owner within the Individual Wealth Technology team. This position demands excellent knowledge of Wealth business and technology systems, and the ability to lead and work effectively as a member of a larger, multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business and technology owners, business leads, project managers, other technology leads and subject matter experts to understand requirements and own the execution.
  • Facilitate the development of end-to-end solution designs and identify impacted applications.
  • Define technical design and scope of the solution with business and technology alignment across all workstreams.
  • Offer forward-thinking technology strategy from a strategic perspective to project execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise solutions.
  • Develop technology delivery roadmaps, views, and plans in partnership with program and project managers.
  • Deliver key messages explaining the solution, approach, options, estimates, and delivery plan.
  • Articulate business or technology factors/constraints and pre-requisites, identifying potential areas of concern with implications factored into the business case.
  • Act as the first point of contact for technical escalations to the project team and remove blockers for technical teams.
  • Escalate risks and issues, along with possible options, to the sponsor leadership team.
  • Engage and collaborate with governance stakeholders to ensure compliance with corporate risk profile and organizational governance processes.

Requirements

  • Degree/diploma in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 10+ years of technology delivery experience, with the ability to understand and effectively work with various business lines and technology ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated initiative and creativity, with the ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Strong understanding of how to impact and influence, and the ability to challenge.
  • Strong communication skills, including communicating with senior leadership, peers, business partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team.

Salary/Compensations

  • $95,300 - $158,800
