About the Role
Organize, prepare, and document client files for secure off-site storage with Iron Mountain, ensuring accurate inventory, proper packaging, and labeling of records.
Responsibilities
- Organize, prepare, and document client files for secure off-site storage with Iron Mountain.
- Ensure the records are accurately inventoried, properly packaged, and labelled.
- Handle confidential client information with care.
- Maintain detailed tracking logs, and coordinate file transfers to support efficient records management and retrieval when needed.
Requirements
- Completion of post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Strong commitment to providing quality service.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn and contribute as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous administrative experience in an office environment is considered an asset.
