About the Role
The Returns associate will assist the Logistics team with all Reverse Logistics processing issues of customer returns, focusing on creating receive-ready returns and correcting return exceptions that are stopping the processing of the return.
Responsibilities
- Handle all returns cases/inquiries, prioritize it, making sure that the cases are resolved in a timely manner.
- Perform quality control for the requests.
- Analyze and determine the cost effectiveness of the request.
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties to address the queries.
- Identify and notify respective departments of issues and or abuse of the company policies.
- Ability to handle direct customer communication.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of returns and shipping.
