About the Role
We are looking for an outgoing, polished representative to introduce Gradus products to professional clients in the field, build relationships, and support tradeshow preparation. This role involves client meetings, product demonstrations, CRM management, and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, engage, and nurture strong working relationships with professional production companies, rental houses, and studios.
- Travel with B&H’s B2B team to present Gradus products in person at client sites or industry events.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and pitch the value of Gradus gear.
- Maintain a pipeline in CRM, track meetings, follow-ups, and deal progression.
- Work closely with internal teams like product, marketing, and sales.
- Support the Tradeshow Manager by assisting with planning, setting up, custom props, and other tasks related to tradeshow execution.
- Help the team with hands-on projects, organization, logistics, moving equipment, and other tasks to support marketing, training, and tradeshow initiatives.
- Gather feedback from clients to help inform product development or marketing.
Requirements
- Must demonstrate strong product knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for continually expanding that expertise.
- Comfortable traveling with B&H’s B2B team.
- Ability to work smoothly with internal teams.
- Hands-on, organized, and dependable mindset is essential.
