About the Role
Join Huckberry's first brick-and-mortar retail location in San Francisco as a Retail Associate. This is an opportunity to shape the future of our retail experience and build a loyal community of customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Huckberry's product offerings.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Replenish inventory and maintain stock levels on the sales floor.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Assist with store events and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role preferred.
- A passion for the outdoors, adventure, and the Huckberry brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
- Interest in menswear and lifestyle brands.
