About the Role

This role is accountable for driving strategy execution and financial performance for assigned programs by coordinating internal teams and external partners. The position oversees all program management activities and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver strong, sustainable results.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and ensure execution of strategies and initiatives for assigned programs and their financial results.
  • Coordinate activities of internal and external resources to deliver superior program results.
  • Develop detailed annual financial budgets with key revenue and profit metrics.
  • Leverage program metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and vulnerabilities to inform program strategies.
  • Evaluate monthly data feeds and results to identify outliers and trends.
  • Partner with the underwriting team to ensure alignment on strategies and identify deviations.
  • Engage the Underwriting team to drive specific underwriting initiatives for the program.
  • Analyze key performance indicators for top and bottom line results against budget expectations.
  • Share analysis with Senior Program Manager and collaboratively develop plans to address opportunities or issues.
  • Develop partnerships with Program Administrators to drive business priorities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal support groups to drive business priorities.

Requirements

  • 5 -10 years of property and casualty underwriting insurance industry experience.
  • Programs experience or related experiences in people management and/or interdisciplinary projects preferred.
  • Position offered will be dependent upon the individual candidate’s qualifications.

  • NYC: 79,900-124,085
