About the Role
The Finance and Business Planning organization enables Meta to plan, prioritize, and execute effectively with a long-term perspective. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action to understand business models, drive collaboration, develop recommendations on strategic investments, craft plans, and partner with leaders to achieve goals. Responsibilities
- Provide financial leadership across company-wide planning cycles: long-range plan (LRP), annual budget, and half-year roadmapping.
- Develop nuanced ROI and impact frameworks across headcount, expenses, and other investments to influence resource allocation.
- Create and socialize data-driven narratives to influence executive-level outcomes and decisions.
- Establish strategic partnerships with leaders across all levels and functions.
- Help define and implement scalable financial processes to improve efficiency for the team and business partners.
- Develop a solid quantitative and qualitative understanding of Meta's GTM, product, and business model with partners.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, analytics, or consulting and planning.
- Experience in data analytics, data visualization, and scenario-based analysis.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with executive stakeholders.

Salary/Compensations
- $162,000/year to $229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
