About the Role

Dimensional’s summer internship offers undergraduate or graduate students the opportunity to work alongside top asset management professionals, developing innovative, academically backed ways to improve the investment experience. Interns will gain exposure to how Dimensional applies academic research principles to real-world investing.

Responsibilities

• Play an integral part in the day-to-day support provided to clients.
• Learn how Dimensional applies academic research principles to the real world of investing.
• Work on various presentation and analytical projects.
• Present results to the team at the end of the internship.

Requirements

• Minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Interest in financial markets and passion for improving the investment experience.
• Understanding and appreciation of Dimensional's investment philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Team-first mindset with an ability to proactively identify and help others solve problems.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) with the ability to learn programs as needed.
• This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
