About the Role
Lincoln Electric is a global leader in industrial machinery and technology, providing innovative solutions for welding, cutting, and automation. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and productivity of Maverick Machine panel assemblies.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Production Supervisor and communicate all matters or concerns pertaining to panel assemblies.
- Work from Procedure Sheets and Blueprints to ensure specifications are met for Maverick Machines Upper and Lower Panels.
- Ensure required material and tools are available for work.
- Become familiar with Maverick Machines Upper and Lower Panels, connection, and testing.
- Make all connections and test for grounding.
- Place finished panels on conveyor/cart to the next station.
- Interpret Engineering drawings to program and produce quality parts.
- Follow first-off procedures and complete all documentation.
- Conduct visual inspection of product and arrange for Quality Assurance Inspector first-piece check if deviations occur.
- Ensure safety, product quality, productivity standards, and cost-efficiency objectives are met.
- Obtain production ticket (traveler) before the shift, complete it accurately, and hand it in at the end of the shift.
- Abide by and support Lincoln Electric’s Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures.
