Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of enterprise risk and compliance programs, ensuring resilience, compliance, and strategic business growth.
- Shape risk-informed decision-making by delivering insights, governance reporting, and recommendations.
- Strengthen operational resilience and business continuity capabilities to minimize disruption and protect performance.
- Champion a culture of accountability and ethical conduct to proactively manage risk and maintain compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement across risk, audit, and assurance processes to protect people, assets, and reputation.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading enterprise risk, compliance, governance, or operational risk programs in a complex, highly regulated organization.
- Proven success influencing senior leaders and stakeholders to drive risk-based decisions, strengthen controls, and deliver business outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management frameworks, audit practices, and business continuity principles.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to translate complex data, risks, and regulatory requirements into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
