About the Role
Assist in the effective management and direction of restaurant operations, focusing on quality service, associate supervision, food production consistency, cost control, and inventory management to meet high brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and manage staff performance.
- Ensure restaurant compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain the appearance and functionality of restaurant facilities.
- Oversee product quality and guest satisfaction, interacting with guests for feedback.
- Manage inventory forecasts and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Adhere to all regulations regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages.
- Participate in marketing efforts, menu development, and trend analysis.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with staff, both verbally and in writing.
- Comply with attendance policies and work as scheduled.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure accountability.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English.

- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, service, wines, and preparation techniques.

- Ability to work entire shift standing and moving within the restaurant and kitchen.
- Ability to effectively handle internal and external customers with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
- Ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push/pull carts of products weighing up to 150 pounds.
