About the Role

Charter Oak Federal Credit Union is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Branch Manager for the Niantic Branch. The role requires the ability to motivate, lead, and assist the team in achieving branch performance goals, demonstrating excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills, building outside relationships and leads, and diligently growing business at the branch level.

Responsibilities

• Ensure APEX goals for Achieving Performance Excellence are met.
• Lead, observe, and coach staff to consistently attain or exceed sales and member service goals.

• Must demonstrate the ability to meet assigned sales goals on a consistent basis.
