About the Role
The Commercial Operations Specialist supports regulatory compliance and operational consistency across the commercial lending department by overseeing regulatory compliance checkpoints and leading key operational workflows. This role partners closely with various internal teams to maintain a consistent, audit-ready lending environment and may assist with procedure writing and project-related duties to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee regulatory compliance checkpoints (Reg B, HMDA, Flood)
- Lead key operational workflows including ACR tracking
- Partner closely with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Administrative Assistants, Compliance, and Loan Operations
- Assist Operations Manager with procedure writing and other project-related duties as needed
