Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Clifton Park is seeking a motivated, upbeat BDC Representative to connect with customers via phone, online, and in person within a fast-growing automotive organization.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls and respond to inbound leads
• Set quality appointments with prospective customers
• Document interactions and follow up with customers
• Maintain a professional, positive presence while helping improve communication strategies
• Greet showroom guests and guide them towards the right sales or service team member

Requirements

• BDC or call center experience required
• Comfortable using a CRM
• Clear communication, organization, and basic computer skills
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
