About the Role
Maintain buildings and amenity areas, assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in departmental operations and meeting resident and staff needs.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
- Organize, prioritize, and complete unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
- Respond to emergency conditions before, during, or after business hours.
- Maintain supplies, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
- One year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
- Possession of minimum tools required.
- Ability to be available 'on call' 24 hours, seven days a week.
- Valid Driver’s License.
