About the Role
This role involves central administrative tasks in HR, including maintaining personnel records, digitizing files, and supporting payroll preparation. You will also provide first-level support to employees, manage applicant data, and assist with contract creation, contributing to smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform central administrative tasks in HR, maintain personnel records, and ensure structured documentation.
- Digitize personnel files through scanning and inputting into the HR system (Personio).
- Assist in preparing and reviewing payroll, checking personnel data for accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees via the HR inbox, answering simple queries and escalating complex issues.
- Support administrative aspects of applicant management, coordinate appointments, and ensure communication with applicants and departments.
- Assist in creating employment contracts.
- Support the HR team with daily organizational and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training.
- Ideally, further training in human resources.
- Sound experience in personnel administration.
- Confident knowledge in preparatory and follow-up payroll accounting.
- Experience with DATEV/LODAS is desirable.
- Independent, structured, and conscientious work style.
- Ability to maintain an overview and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Discretion in handling sensitive personnel matters.
- Digitally savvy and able to quickly learn new programs and tools.
- Experience with HR systems like Personio is ideal.
