About the Role
We are hiring for a column shop fabricator. This is a full time year-round position working in a wood column manufacturing shop.
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble structural columns
- Operate basic shop tools and equipment
- Finger join, stack, load, run column machine, bunk and drive forklift
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Work with team to complete daily production goals
Requirements
- Ability to lift materials and work on your feet
- Basic construction or shop experience is helpful but not required
- Forklift experience is helpful but not required
- Reliable, punctual and willing to work
- Some overtime will be required
