Responsibilities
- Support assigned account managers and their assigned customers with HVAC systems & equipment product selections, application, proposals and sales development.
- Quote, close, and transition Technician Leads and other Service repair work.
- Generate estimates and proposals for service work.
- Provide quotes for service repairs, change outs, IAQ, and energy solutions including quotes for time and material as well as fixed price service.
- Prepare transition documents and communicate project readiness for assignment to operations team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in Account Management, Mechanical Contracting/HVAC or Facilities Management fields preferred.
- Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.
