About the Role

Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to all of Invesco Real Estate’s business lines and multiple asset classes
- Receive training on all facets of the business, develop professional skills, and network across the organization and industry
- Work on deals and transactions alongside talented professionals
- Participate in internal and external client meetings, contract negotiations, and due diligence meetings
- Assist with preparing and updating property and portfolio level financial models in Excel and/or Argus for existing and prospective investments, including sensitivity analysis
- Support the preparation of written analysis and evaluations of investment opportunities
- Complete real-world case studies and lead an end-of-summer capstone project
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2028
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong leadership, initiative, and interpersonal skills; ambitious and creative demeanor
- Strong analytical/quantitative and technical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Must be able to work in Invesco’s San Francisco office
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
- Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended
