About the Role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the coordination and execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives, managing incoming requests and supporting campaigns across paid media, social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution and deployment of digital campaigns across paid media, social media, websites, and email marketing channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and adapt campaign creative assets.
- Review creative deliverables to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and quality standards are met.
- Work with designers and external agencies to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and on brand.
- Assist with website content updates to ensure accuracy, compliance with industry regulations, and SEO best practices.
- Coordinate incoming digital marketing requests with internal stakeholders, including legal and compliance teams, and external vendors.
- Organize and manage creative files, marketing assets, and documentation to ensure efficient access and version control.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in digital marketing, project coordination, creative production.
- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player mindset with the ability to react positively to changing priorities in support of broader team objectives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Combines marketing rigor with enthusiasm, approaching work with both analytical discipline and a strong passion for digital marketing excellence.
