About the Role
B&H is seeking a Trade Show Operations Representative to manage event operations and plan trade show floor layouts. This role involves working with show leads, assisting with booth design, managing freight, sourcing display products, and coordinating with third-party teams.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Show Lead
- Assist with booth design in a 3D-space
- Manage freight
- Source display product, furnishings, structure, signage
- Design technical solutions for hands-on direct attendee demonstrations
- Order utilities
- Work directly with 3rd party teams – ie: Teamsters, Electricians, Stagehands, EAC
Requirements
- Experience with Map Your Show, a2z, or a similar software program is a must
