About the Role
This role is responsible for coordinating meal orders and operational information within the airline catering sector, ensuring accurate data distribution and supporting daily production planning.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional communication across departments and distribute airline catering operational information as needed.
- Coordinate with airline stations regarding flight schedules, passenger counts, and meal orders.
- Provide accurate production and flight data to operational and production teams.
- Generate and distribute production forecasts, delivery plans, and operational reports.
- Maintain and update airline passenger information within company systems.
- Support daily production planning for fresh, high-quality food items.
- Communicate and coordinate operational tasks with multiple departments.
- Attend meetings with production and operational teams to support planning and problem-solving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in an administrative, operations, or logistics-related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of MS Navision, AirVision, and SITA is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and customer service.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
