About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. This role focuses on owning and evolving the systems, data, and workflows that power our marketing efforts, including martech stack administration, data management, and campaign automation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator comfortable with modern AI-assisted tooling.
Responsibilities
- Administer core martech stack, including marketing automation platform and its integration with Salesforce, Snowflake, and downstream systems.
- Build, QA, and launch marketing campaigns and email programs in partnership with Growth Marketing.
- Design and maintain lifecycle, nurture, and automation flows.
- Own data hygiene and governance across marketing systems.
- Use AI-native dev tools to build internal helpers, automate workflows, and prototype solutions.
- Partner with RevOps and GTM Analytics to ensure reliable lead flow and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience in SaaS or high-growth startups.
- Hands-on operator who actively improves and automates the martech stack.
- Deep familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Customer.io, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Comfortable working with integration and data-routing tools (e.g. Tray.io, RudderStack, Segment).
- Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools like v0, Cursor, or similar.
- Comfortable reading and lightly editing code, and writing basic SQL.
- Strong instincts for data quality and detail.
- Thrives in ambiguity and a fast-moving environment.
- Likes owning problems end to end.
