About the Role
We are seeking passionate, results-driven individuals for future field opportunities supporting our portfolio in Florida, Illinois, New York, and Massachusetts. This posting is intended to build a talent pipeline for upcoming roles.
Responsibilities
- Support EWC Growth's portfolio across various markets.
- Elevate guest experience.
- Drive performance through data and business insights.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders.
- Adhere to operational processes linked to scheduling, performance, and guest experience.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience working in retail, spa, hospitality or service-oriented environments; luxury preferred.
- Sales-obsessed with experience upselling or cross-selling a multitude of products and/or services.
- Proficient in navigating different POS systems, software, and technologies; Zenoti preferred.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Open availability preferred with a strong emphasis on flexible scheduling.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs depending on the role.
