- Monitor project and task order funding, contract value, authorization status, burn rate, budget alignment, and change management needs.
- Track commercial issue status, responsible parties, due dates, and resolution plans to support accountability and transparency.
- Develop, maintain, and review project and task order forecasts, estimates at completion, estimates to complete, budget updates, and other required financial reporting.
- Monitor expenditures, revenue, margin, work in progress, accounts receivable, cash flow, contract value, funding, and financial trends against approved baselines.
- Support multi-year program budgeting and initiate timely corrective action when financial or commercial performance varies from plan.
- Assign, prioritize, guide, and review the work of project support staff, as applicable.
- Build effective relationships across project, finance, contracts, controls, and operational teams, and communicate priorities, risks, and issues clearly.
- Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate commercial, financial, invoicing, reporting, and documentation processes.
- Promote accountability, collaboration, data quality, and proactive issue resolution while following company health and safety policies.
