Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and coach employees to deliver outstanding service.
- Analyze sales, manage inventory, and implement strategies to maximize performance.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and build lasting loyalty.
- Oversee safety, cash handling, and company policy compliance.
- Support nearby locations and tackle challenges with confidence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of retail leadership experience (Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager).
- Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and reliability in fast-paced settings.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
