About the Role
Manage client relationships and support them on international benefits issues and projects. Contribute to business growth by winning new clients and expanding existing relationships. Help develop the company's value proposition and intellectual capital.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the day-to-day management of key clients and prospects.
- Work in partnership with Analysts to deliver high-quality client service.
- Take ownership of all client deliverables regarding expatriate health and risk provision.
- Manage expatriate benefit design and program renewal/rebidding.
- Prepare client reporting, including recommendations.
- Provide recommendations on changes to benefit programs.
- Take an active role in developing specific areas of intellectual capital.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including relationship managers and other Marsh operating companies.
- Develop an external network with key insurer partners.
Requirements
- Some relevant benefits experience gained from working as a Consultant within a Broker or an insurer, managing a diverse range of clients.
- Knowledge of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills.
- Oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
- Ability to work both independently and with colleagues effectively to help drive team success.
