About the Role
As the Social Media Content Producer, you will represent Campus's brand and mission online by developing and executing social media and other content that engages our target audience, promotes educational offerings, and builds our brand.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and share engaging content daily across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create visually appealing, on-trend, and informative posts that align with brand identity.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to align social media efforts with business goals.
- Contribute to and implement the social media strategy to expand awareness and interest in Campus.
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity to inform content creation.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a social media and/or content creation role.
- Excellent content creation skills: video shooting (iPhone), video editing, and basic graphic design.
- Experience creating, posting, and optimizing content on Instagram and TikTok.
- Familiarity with Figma for visual design is ideal.
- Undeniable taste and high standards for reactive work.
- Adaptable, flexible, and capable of adapting to changing trends and technologies in the social media landscape.
- Team player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines efficiently.
- Willingness to be on-camera on occasion is a bonus.
