About the Role
Confido is seeking a founding Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between their innovative AI infrastructure and market communication. This role is ideal for someone who wants to shape the product marketing function from the ground up, owning strategy, positioning, and go-to-market enablement for a platform loved by leading CPG brands.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, programming, and messaging for the platform.
- Develop positioning, messaging, and narrative for the platform, adapting as the product evolves.
- Define product-market clarity, including ICP, buyer personas, user needs, jobs to be done, alternatives, and expansion drivers.
- Manage end-to-end product launches, including planning, narrative development, and cross-functional orchestration.
- Build and manage a customer-insight engine using tools like Gong, HubSpot, and Zapier to gather themes, quotes, and proof for positioning and competitive intelligence.
- Create GTM enablement materials such as battlecards and messaging to support sales.
- Source, write, and deploy case studies and customer proof points.
- Develop an integrated plan connecting the product roadmap to the marketing calendar across various channels.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product marketing.
- Experience in CPG or commerce software, or B2B technology with complex product translation.
- Excellent writing and narrative skills.
- Financial and quantitative fluency, with comfort in reporting on pipeline influence and deal velocity.
- Strong cross-functional project management skills with the ability to build structure without hindering progress.
- Willingness to work at the NYC Headquarters 5 days a week.
