About the Role
Regal Cinemas is seeking passionate, movie-loving individuals to join their team as part-time Cast Members. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive movie-going experience in a fun and energetic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide guest service by selling tickets, concessions, or working as an usher.
- Operate POS system, including handling cash, credit cards, and gift cards accurately.
- Upsell and suggestively sell premium viewing experiences and concessions.
- Promote the Regal Crown Club program.
- Sell tickets in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy.
- Respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner.
- Operate, prepare, and clean concession equipment.
- Comply with all food safety laws and alcohol service regulations where applicable.
- Tear tickets, direct patrons to auditoriums, and inspect backpacks/packages.
- Manage crowd control and assist guests in finding seats.
- Enforce MPAA rating system and conduct in-theatre inspections.
- Report any problems or unusual situations to management.
- Perform in-auditorium concession sales.
- Clean auditoriums, restrooms, lobby, and other areas.
- Monitor cleanliness and operation of theatre vending equipment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
- Handle emergency situations when called upon.
- Perform general cleaning duties.
- Comply with company dress code.
Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Weekday opening and/or closing availability is preferred.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Must be able to perform calculations with speed and accuracy.
- Must be able to identify problems, gather data, and note possible causes.
- Must be able to evaluate information, recognize alternatives, and reach conclusions.
- Must be able to take action beyond what is necessarily called for.
- Must be able to perform under pressure and/or opposition.

- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, and talk or hear frequently.
- Must be able to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- May be required to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Requires close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

- Must complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate for alcohol sales.
