- Deliver top-notch service using Spare Time’s Steps of Service
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Make menu recommendations
- Share excitement about events, attractions, and specials
- Run the bar efficiently while juggling multiple guests
- Support the team by bussing tables, helping with food prep, and keeping areas clean and stocked
- Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately
- Complete opening and closing duties and required shift paperwork
- Maintain clean equipment and work areas in line with health and safety standards
- Monitor alcohol consumption and check IDs consistently
Requirements
