About the Role

Join a busy frontline Assessment Team as a Senior Social Worker, undertaking statutory duties to improve outcomes for children and families.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake child and family assessments.
  • Carry out home visits and direct work with children.
  • Complete Section 47 enquiries.
  • Develop risk assessments and safety plans.
  • Manage a complex caseload.
  • Produce high-quality reports and assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure children are safeguarded and supported appropriately.
  • Participate in the team's duty rota approximately every five weeks.

Requirements

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Post-qualified experience
